Unopened Products

If you change your mind before opening, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is at the customer's expense via tracked service.

Opened/Used — Unsatisfied

If you are unsatisfied after use, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery provided:

• The product is not heavily used (more than 50% remaining)
• It is returned via tracked shipping at your expense

Upon receipt and inspection, if approved, we will refund the full product price plus your return shipping cost. If the product is found to be heavily used or tampered with, no refund will be issued.

Important — Return of Product is Mandatory

For all refund claims, the physical return of the product is required unless we explicitly instruct you in writing to dispose of it locally. This policy exists to:

• Verify the product's condition and batch authenticity
• Prevent returned products from being resold, passed on, or used in a compromised state
• Protect other consumers and uphold our quality standards

Refunds will not be processed until the returned product is received and inspected, unless disposal has been authorised by our team in writing.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

Contact us within 30 days with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label
• The batch code on the bottle

If approved after investigation, return the product via tracked shipping at your expense — we will refund the full product price plus return shipping cost. Disposal may be authorised at our discretion.

Fraud Prevention

All claims are cross-referenced with carrier data and batch records. Fraudulent accounts will be permanently blacklisted and reported to consumer protection authorities.
