Refund & Return Policy

At ITCH ITCH®, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect every order before it leaves our facility.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

  • Be unopened and unused

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Be in resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Opened Products

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened, used, or partially used.
